Walmart China has been certified as a "Great Place To Work®" for the third time. This recognition, given by the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work®, is based on a survey conducted among Walmart employees that comprehensively evaluates the company’s culture, talent management leadership, and employee experience. This certification once again reflects the Walmart employees' endorsement of the company's workplace culture and its sustained efforts to enhance the workplace experience.
The results of three consecutive years of surveys show that Walmart employees highly value the company’s culture of “diversity, equity, and inclusion”, safe working environment, practices of integrity, culture encouraging innovation, and a strong sense of corporate social responsibility. They also perceive the staff as being “warm and helpful in integrating new members into the team quickly”.
