Sam's Club is a membership-based retailer focusing on saving members money on the items they buy the most, surprising them with the unexpected find, and serving them through a great omni-channel experience. To achieve this goal, Sam's Club is committed to finding partners who can offer high-quality, differentiated, and highly valued items and services, to help members enjoy a better life. We hope that potential partners can understand Sam's Club, especially our expectations for partners, which include:
With only thousands of SKUs, Sam's Club is constantly seeking products that are significantly different from those on the market and can meet the core needs of members.
Product compliance, quality stability and ingredient traceability are of paramount importance. Partners must possess a high-standard quality assurance system.
Sam's Club does not charge any entry or listing fees, encouraging partners to focus on investing in product costs to provide members with membership value prices.
Sam's Club encourages partners to understand its unique membership-based operation model to optimize product display and presentation efficiency, encompassing club layout, product placement, product assortment, and online selling points display.
During the product development phase, partners must consider packaging design and safety using the omni-channel mindset to reduce product loss.
Partners must share Sam's Club's commitment to ethical and honest business practices.
Partners must possess adequate production capacity to ensure members can purchase desired products across all channels at any time.
Partners must possess sales forecasting and inventory management capabilities so we can collaborate on production and supply planning to achieve mutual success.
Partners must adhere to Sam's Club standards to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. We offer a variety of warehousing and logistics services, and encourage collaboration on logistics innovation to achieve end-to-end efficiency improvements.
Partners must be industry-leading enterprises with experience in serving international customers and a proven track record of successful operations. To ensure healthy growth, the business volume of both parties must remain within a reasonable proportion.
